Victoria Fields is a dedicated and student-centered educational leader with a passion for academic excellence and whole-child development. Currently serving as La Villita Elementary School assistant principal, she has a proven track record of driving student achievement through data-informed instruction, collaborative team leadership and strong systems of support. Her leadership contributed to raising the campus accountability rating from a B to an A, while also strengthening Tier 1 instruction and multi-tiered system of support practices across the school.

Fields brings a diverse background to her leadership, including service as a United States Air Force officer as well as work in international disaster relief and orphan care in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia and Pakistan. She has also served as an elementary teacher, middle school math teacher, and instructional leader, earning recognition as an Exemplar Educator of the Year and a Texas Public School Ambassador. Her experience across grade levels and settings allows her to support both students and staff with insight and empathy.

She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from George Fox University. 

Fields is deeply committed to creating a positive school culture where students, staff, and families feel valued and supported. She leads with integrity, builds strong relationships, and maintains high expectations to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
