Meet the Assistant Principal
Kori Johnson
Welcome Roadrunner!
My name is Kori Johnson, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of Rosemeade Elementary. With a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive and enriching school environment, I am dedicated to supporting our Roadrunner students, staff, and community.
I bring 6 years of experience in education, having worked as a 1st and 4th grade teacher before stepping into my role as Assistant Principal. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler.
I am a boy mom to Kolby and Karter, who are both enrolled in CFBISD.
At Rosemeade, my goal is to collaborate with our exceptional team of educators to create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring environment where every student can thrive. I am passionate about promoting academic excellence, supporting social and emotional growth, and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
I am committed to ensuring that each student receives the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential. My door is always open to students, parents, and staff, and I welcome your thoughts and feedback as we work together to make Rosemeade the best it can be.
I look forward to a wonderful school year ahead!
